I served as an independent project management consultant, performing consulting and contractual activities for various organizations related to telecommunications systems. Initiatives that I supported included customer support, project management, analysis, cost estimation, testing and implementation. I also managed a significant budget and supervised up to 15 direct reports. This role allowed me to manage and execute several projects with success using my technical acumen, multi-tasking abilities, and expertise in wireless systems to foster innovative IT solutions. I efficiently maintained, installed, and repaired ultrasound equipment in various medical facilities with 100% client satisfaction. I was reputed for delivering equipment of telecom hardware compliance test requirements for new product into legacy wireless platform. Some of my other notable achievements entailed managing testing to compliance of cost reduced wireless battery backup system in outdoor applications, providing analysis and recommendations and upgrade of telecom PBX battery and rectifier system. I was also responsible for the deployment of test parameters for contracted military passive communications equipment. Products: Telecommunications systems
