Partnered with Senior Executive Team to apply the established Business Process Improvement using CMMI and Executed Strategic Projects to improve the PMO. Collaborate with key process owners across the organization to plan, lead and implement strategic, business improvement assessments, policies and procedures. • Coordinated the alignment of project work with corporate strategies and proactively managed project change within the portfolio through phased gate deliverables to improve enterprise wide risk management, issue resolution, and strategy. • Managed the preparation and timely delivery of IT portfolio status, the executive Portfolio Review and maintenance of the IT Portfolio dashboards. • Monitor process improvement performance by gathering relevant baseline data and then creating measurable, achievable outcomes for each process improvement project and identified key operational processes for project next steps, • Design and develop documentation procedures and protocols for all processes; conduct risk assessments and ensure all old and new processes are documented accordingly.
