Daily Duties at Humana:

Responsible for leading a team of managers focused on delivery of IT solutions though the full project lifecycle from requirements into a finished state for internal and external customers. Provide overall coordination and responsibility for all project management activities and delivery across multiple departments and functions. • Identified, qualify, select, structure, and prioritize the client’s process improvement projects that are aligned with the client’s Operational Excellence overarching goals. • Identified current systems and work processes that use ICD-9 codes, including clinical documentation, practice management systems, electronic health record systems, and quality reporting protocols. • Updated policies for the healthcare client to support the new implemented enterprise processes in order to achieve greater efficiency and productivity across the organization.
