Program Manager for the Amtrak Police Department Secure Network(ROMAN) which includes technologies and supporting equipment such as; MPLS, Colocated Hosting/Data Centers, Managed Firewall/Intrusion Detection Prevention Services, Vulnerability management, Managed Network Services, CCTV, Internet Hosting and mobile VPN.Accountable for the Physical Infrastructure Security Program in the Amtrak Police Department – Corporate Security Division (APD-CSD) and responsible vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and counter-terrorism risk management strategies protecting Amtrak’s critical infrastructure assets.This project had a $10M budget to build a 65 node network with Total Cost of Ownership savings of 35% less than Amtrak’s business network. Technical writer forr government RFPs, 87% win rate on all proposals I was involved in (approx 25).
