Daily Duties at I Flow Corporation:
Developed and implemented new training programs for new hires as well as on going training programs for current employees. Coordinated and performed medical staff in-servicing, direct surgeon assistance in the O.R., CEU course instruction and account contact liaison. Coordinated with sales and Marketing teams to host and assist in trade shows and market development efforts to propel 4 new product launches.
