Rapid resolution to DER final inspection issues, facilitating the sale of multi-million dollar engines • Managed Engineering Change process, and resolution of Quality Notifications • Worked with suppliers in order to determine root cause and corrective action • Supported process development and 5s initiatives to achieve ACE GOLD • Product responsibility included fuel, hydraulic, and lubrication systems for Pratt and Whitney military and commercial turbine engines (F119, F100, PW2000, and PW4000)
