Daily Duties at Spectrum Health System:

Day to day management of the UM Department, with staff consisting of 24 nurses, 1 coder, and 2 Insurance Coordinators. Also responsible for hiring, training, monitoring of staff performance; developing department policies and procedures, implementing regulatory requirements, report analysis of department metrics, and representing the department in various inter-hospital committees and functions.
