Daily Duties at Fuji Photo Film:
As Senior Technician: installing and troubleshooting electronics, installing computer hardware and software, troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems, training technicians, training customers, training third party customers. Liaise between account representatives and customers, Liaise for amateur, pro, and medical product division and consumers troubleshooting and correcting all problems with machine parts and shipping and supply. As Technical Training Manager: Responsible for west coast training room. Responsible for training third party techs, in house techs, and training trainers. Responsible for ordering and shipping, supplies to training room and outside training techs. As Call Center Manager: Responsible for west coast call center manpower, and equipment.
