• Designing various components of offshore and onshore oil rigs. • Performed extensive design calculations, including bending and torsional stress analysis, on various components of a 6000 Horse Power Active Heave Compensating Drawworks. • Designed drawworks components using AutoCAD according to the applicable ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) and DNV Standards, ASME and API codes. • Performed Quality Control Inspection on machinery components. • Carried out an engineering design study for a Coil Tubing Unit according to API Specifications.
