Daily Duties at Kuwait Oil Company:

• Responsible for looking after various pipeline inspection, repair and maintenance activities for Kuwait Oil Company’s onshore and offshore pipelines in the state of Kuwait. • Provide consultation and advice to senior management on various pipeline integrity issues related to data management and pipeline inspection. • Develop pipeline integrity management plan for Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) pipelines including implementation of an In-Line Inspection program. • Develop, manage and execute a Direct Assessment (ECDA, ICDA) program for non-piggable pipelines using an international vendor. • Manage a team of pipeline integrity engineers and NDT technicians to carry out field work activities. • Coordinate execution of repair and maintenance jobs on pipelines. • Manage and execute long term pipeline inspection contracts valued over $10 million US dollars, with three different In-line Inspection vendors. • Oversee the development of a centralized data management system based on ArcGIS Pipeline Data Model (APDM) geo database. • Evaluate and analyze various bids for In-line Inspection tenders and Direct Assessment tenders, and provide recommendation to senior management on award of these tenders. • Review, assess and advise on new technologies for inspection, maintenance, and repair of pipelines. • Familiar with all relevant API and ASME pipeline international codes and standards. (ASME B31.4, B31.8. B31.8S, API 1160; US DOT 49 CFR 192, and 49 CFR 195) • Developing a High Consequence Area (HCA) mapping study on all Kuwait Oil Company pipelines. • Supervise and Conduct Risk assessment studies on the KOC pipeline network
