Provided resolutions for loss mitigation, Short Sale, and Foreclosure. Extensive knowledge of 15 systems plus to conduct daily routine job activities. Reduced the time it takes to resolve a customers' questions or concerns by minimizing the number of hand-offs between departments and creating a more clear, consistent and positive customer experience.
