Responsible that there are no leaks, paint is in excellent condition, a/c units work perfectly and if repairs are needed have to be solved the same day, that all health and fire licenses are constantly updated, that cafeteria facilities are working properly, that bathrooms are in impeccable condition, that green areas are constantly trimmed and cleaned, that all maintenance staff do their day to day responsibilities and that classrooms and offices are in impeccable condition every day, that all security and fire alarms are working properly and all infrastructure is covered according to emergency plans, supervise all security personnel, of doing all monthly and annual inspections of facilities, liason between the administration and the board of directors in the capital improvement committee, responsible for presenting alternatives for expansions or improvements to facilities, supervising any construction at the campuses, responsible of supervising and contracting any contractors and suppliers for both school campuses. Responsible of preparing and verifying the compliance of the emergency plan of both campuses. Responsible of preparing the annual facilities, maintenance and security budget with the CFO and monthly follow up. Take the necessary adjustments to control the monthly expenses and constantly look for alternatives to lower costs.
