MANAGING DIRECTOR / SVP, Enterprise Mid-Range Computer Services (2003-2004) Restructured the architecture, engineering, and production support teams providing system administration of the firm's mid-range compute services, including servers, storage and directory services. Instituted standard operating processes encompassing solution engineering, production support, asset management, disaster recovery, risk management and project management.
