Daily Duties at Tanox, Inc. / Genetech:
Oversaw project management for Phase III product for treatment of HIV, Phase I project of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and Asthma, Preclinical project for AMD. Acted as CMC team leader for Phase III product for HIV. Submitted End-of-Phase II document to FDA. Coordinated activities leading to licensure of biologics manufacturing facility by State of California. Served as part of member commercialization team for product in late-stage product development for treatment of HIV. • Developed market forecast, developed marketing strategies, and performed market analysis. • Managed operations execution team meetings. Led task force on supply chain management. • Oversaw changes and improvements to supply chain practices in anticipation of commercial launch of Ab product for treatment of HIV treatment experience patients. • Acted as integral member of integration team. Program managed company integration and acquisition activities. • Managed Chinese Wall relationship between Tanox, Genentech, and Novartis to complete technical and commercial transfer of company product to Novartis in response to SEC/FTC Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 requirements for completion of acquisition.
