Responsible for project management of companies’ biotechnology products in development. Project manager and CMC Team Lead for PRO 140 Anti-CCR5 Anti-CCR5 IgG4 mAb HIV entry inhibitor program. Developed micro-infusion device for subcutaneous administration of PRO 140 product. Oversaw technical transfer and scale-up of 150L internal process to 2000L process at contract manufacturer, with change in production cell line from SP2/0 to CHO. Submitted CMC amendment to IND with comparability data to support use of CHO material in Phase III program. Other programs included Antibody Drug Conjugate and Nucleic Acid-based vaccine for treatment of prostate cancer. • Acted as project manager for recombinant soluble PSMA vaccine program IND filed for initiation of Phase I clinical program and for VRP-PSMA delivered vaccine program NIH RAC approval and IND filing for initiation of Phase I Clinical program. • Served as project manager for PSMA-ADC product Anti-Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen Monoclonal Antibody Drug Conjugate Product IND filed for initiation of Phase I Clinical Program. • Functioned as project manager for PRO 206 Program PRO 206 small molecule Hepatitis C Virus entry inhibitor drug candidate. • Collaborated with finance group to implement strategic planning process used in budget preparation.
