• Managed 24 employees in a Call Center handling various departments including Loan Negotiation, Doc Drawing, Quality Control and extensions, corresponded with customers, brokers, HUD officials and attorneys and Handled sale procedures for homes in the foreclosure process talk-offs and escalated calls • Handled high risk accounts and escalated calls, processed/reviewed loans for all HAMP, non-HAMP, Repayment modification, FHA, non-GSE, bankruptcy and foreclosure options • Reviewed/processed accounts to ensure accuracy of documents for Underwriting
