Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

• Reviewed Escrow Analysis to verify accuracy of Loan payments, Deficiency, Proof of Claims, Amended POC and various Chapters 7, 13 and 11 attorney and debtors of Bankruptcy guidelines • Call Center handling various calls to the attorney offices to assist on Filing the Proof of Claim / Amended Proof of Claim and upload in LPS/AACER • Verified Proof of Claims thru AACER, matched the Bankruptcy Automated Payments System and with National Data Center. • Quality Control Audit daily on Remediation Loans for Validation in SharePoint • Reviewed/processed accounts to ensure accuracy of documents for AS400, AACER, NDC and BAPS to gather information daily • Audit and review POCs post filing; validating all related POC documents • Review schedules, plans and intentions filed by the debtor • Follow up to outside parties, as well as internal departments as needed for POC preparation and filing.
