Daily Duties at Janssen Ortho, J & J Inc:
•Ensure Sarbanes Oxley (404) law requirements compliance to successfully achieve Company Sox Annual Certification. •Evaluate internal controls structure to identify any process design gap to achieve the highest level corporate compliance structure that served as a role model for other J&J affiliates in PR. •Perform and document tests of processes and assessing their results to develop strategies for compliance when deemed necessary. • Validate Established Standard Operating Procedures for Fixed Assets Disposal /Payroll and improved compliance thru recommendations made to management on process. •Assisted on the Capital Projects Costs Reports for Oros & Parent over 20M Capital Projects. •Assisted J&J internal/ PWC external auditors with results of zero audits points results for two consecutive years with special recognition of Top Management for audit results. •Cost Accounting functions: Review the posting , and reconciliation of monthly Inventories. Variance vs. Budget and Forecast analysis. Review scrap variances, outside processing costs, manufacturing variances, reserves for MRB in Work in Process and Finished Goods. Allocated costs and prepared reports on labor, tools, reduction and other operating expenses.
