Daily Duties at University Of Chicago:

Create NSIT Learning Group; directly responsible for planning, designing, coordinating and providing IT Training with a focus on increasing the basic technical knowledge of the university end-user community. Expertise in developing qualitative/quantitative methods to evaluate training session’s effectiveness Collaborated with NSIT Technical Support staff to develop training materials and courses encompassing problems and frequently asked questions. Established and maintained marketing programs to encourage end-users to utilize training opportunities.
