Daily Duties at Kbr Inc:
Responsible for the implementation and direction of Quality Management Systems for all global and regional segments of the KBR Government and Infrastructure Division. Accountable for continuous process improvement, performance metrics and quality assurance/control programs on over 115 projects generating over $5B in revenue. Responsible for leading all customer satisfaction initiatives, global and regional ISO 9001:2000 implementation and maintenance, JCAHO and EASA standards, and functioned as the corporate Lean Six Sigma Champion. Also functioned as the Director, Global Health, Safety and Environment from June 2005 – May 2006. Managed the corporate global HSE program at KBR. Maintained world-class TRC and LWDC rates, and directed several major international investigations including Iraqi Electrical concerns and KBR airline safety certification. Reported directly to the Vice President of Program Support.
