Responsible for all creative advertising and marketing services provided by the agency to its international clientele. Duties included: the management of creative staff and production department; create and control new marketing and advertising concepts and plans for agency clients, lead new business development and outreach program, head of client relations and communication, supervise and head new business pitches and client presentations; liaison to account management and agency advisory board. • Developed innovative marketing programs and concepts that enhanced the creative and communication process that won the agency over $37,000,000 in new business • Created several national campaigns that resulted in an average 23% increase in client sales and customer name retention • Organized the design and writing departments into an efficient support structure for advertising and marketing success that resulted in the agency winning several creative awards and the high praises and retention of all clients and employees.
