Brightspear provides various consulting services for industries that conduct business with the government services or with the individual servicemen and women. • Provided insight and participated in the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned DoD and civilian operations. • Assessed and executed missions to determine success or need for adjustment and created and implemented multiple innovative techniques for testing, evaluating and reporting on various levels of product enhancement, budgets and service optimization that significantly reduced development time and product research costs • Revolutionized national defense industry operations by developing new techniques that allow engineers and business development personnel to increase their output and efficiency and avoid costly supply chain issues that plague the military and contractor communities • Created and assisted in the development of several advanced concept and technological products that enhanced mission accomplishment, warfighter effectiveness and survivability and mitigated risk management issues in training and combat operations • Evaluated and refined methods and procedures to enhance the planning process and ensured effective tools and procedures were in place to challenge assumptions, manage budgets (profit and loss analysis), identify risks, and propose alternatives. • Created and designed several successful international marketing and advertising plans, budget that contributed to clients successfully winning and/or maintaining multi million dollar contracts • Successfully organized and moderated 30+ SME focus group sessions that delivered unique insight and professional edge for clients • Developed and instructed leadership training programs for various corporate executives and university graduate student teams
