Daily Duties at Centene Corp:
Responsible for managing day to day 24/7 processes of call center operations, of 2 call centers. Involved in managing Behavioral Health and Medical Triage departments, handling 7 direct reports and total of 92 front line staff. Managing budget, overseeing risk management as well as coaching and developing front line staff. Presenting on several committees that look at the client reports and working on improving service levels. Closely following matrix, as well as acting as subject matter expert for triage processes. Hiring onboard new staff, terminating staff when needed and working closely with Human Resources.
