Daily Duties at Adaptive Plasma Technology Corp.:
(1) Designed a new type of inductively coupled plasma (ICP) sources for RF power high-density plasma (HDP) nano-technology dry etching with two co-patents and submission of conference proceedings. (2) Devised a RF plasma source modeling via electromagnetic theory and electrons’ energy distribution testing. (3) Engineered the development of a 300-mm wafer RF-plasma source & etching vacuum chamber.
