Owner/Founder/ President: seriously everything. Areas of Expertise Professional Experience PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGEMENT: DEVELOPING STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL MARKETING PLANS, MANAGING EXECUTION, AND MEASURING RESULTS  Create annual product brand plan, including product recommendations as well as packaging and messaging guidelines.  Collaborate with internal and external strategic business partners to develop joint marketing strategies and plans.  Oversee marketing plan implementation and measure ensuing results.  Prepare, communicate, and educate internal and external clients on organizational policy and practice change.  Drive key cross-channel and cross-platform narratives that activate product public relations and branding across channels. PRODUCT BRAND MANAGEMENT: PROVIDING BRAND MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE AND EXECUTING MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES  Evaluate, prioritize, and oversee decisions for new products and marketing opportunities based on financial viability and brand fit.  Identify and lead integration programs through collaboration with external brands and channels.  Lead consumer research to identify and define customer targets, and apply insights when determining brand direction.  Position brand according to consumer and marketplace dynamics. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: ADVANCING ORGANIZATIONAL CAPABILITY THROUGH BUILDING AND PROMOTING BRAND GROWTH AND MARKETING-MESSAGE COHESION  Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic marketing recommendations.  Direct marketing projects and budget allocation.  Mentor project teams to enhance brand management knowledge.  Ensure marketing message consistency and guardrail adherence.   BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND PRODUCT INNOVATION: LEADING THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT-RELATED OPPORTUNITIES, FROM CONCEPT TO COMMERCIALIZATION  Act as primary liaison among cross-functional partners to facilitate a successful product launch.  Garner product market understanding through capturing information from business end users.  Create product platform to ensure product relevance within specific regions and channels.  Assist with capacity, sourcing, and cost reduction to ensure consistent product supply and appropriate product allocation. PARTNER DEVELOPMENT AND TEAM BUILDING: PROVIDING BUSINESS PARTNERS WITH MENTORING AND DEVELOPMENTAL OPPORTUNITIES  Challenge and inspire team members to achieve business results through coaching and leadership support  Oversee Employee Performance Review process.  Ensure partner adherence to legal and operational requirements. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT: DEVELOPING AND OVERSEEING COMPANY COMMUNICATIONS AND NEW-BUSINESS LEADS  Challenge and inspire team members to achieve business results through coaching and leadership support  Direct sales leads to ensure full execution of business analysis.  Oversee innovative, hybrid new-business qualification process.  Communicate new-business lead opportunities across functional teams.  Negotiate with vendors and oversee all product purchasing.  Develop and disseminate company presentations and correspondences.  Review and respond to all incoming communications, such as memos, submissions, and reports.  Coordinate employee travel, as well as create and maintain expense reports.  Perform data entry to update and maintain all company files.  Oversee product inventory.
