• Build credibility as a trusted advisor and reliable partner with Gap Global HQ leaders, HR business leaders and the Global Talent Development Team. • Manage stakeholder relationships across the Global Functions to align with the purpose and objectives of all strategies, plans and initiatives. • Use the appropriate interpersonal style and communication methods to gain acceptance of ideas and buy in from business partners. • Partner with Global Talent Development team and Learning & Development colleagues in other brands to align strategies, leverage best practices and share resources. • Manage and simplify complexity by understanding and streamlining existing processes; establish new protocols as needed. • Navigate through ambiguity and deliver results, Manage competing priorities, Influence business partners at all levels, Provide and receive feedback and Interact with and influence senior management • Partner with the global talent development leader to identify and execute learning strategies that support global functions in delivering key objectives/goals. • Partner with approved external consultants, vendors and subject matter experts to ensure the quality of learning and development offerings.
