Sales Operations - Ran distribution operation to support 100 route drivers in the densest metropolitan Market in Southern California. Co-Located with Sales to ensure that supply levels and line item days of cover met demand forecast. This required working with all aspects of the organization (manufacturing, marketing, sales, and maintenance.
