Daily Duties at Department Of The Army, United States Army Special Forces Command:
Ensure supervision, command and control, training and readiness of six subordinate Special Forces units comprised of highly trained and specially selected officers and non-commissioned officers. Prepares units for unilateral, joint or combined operations in support of combatant commanders, including special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare missions. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and accountability of Special Operations-unique equipment, as well as standard Army vehicles and equipment valued at over $3 million dollars.
