- Support four Senior Relationship Managers in the Greater Maryland Corporate Bank through daily management and servicing of a 90+ client portfolio - Prospect, research and analyze credit and cross-sell opportunities for companies with revenues greater than $50 million, contributing to opportunities representing $12 million in annual team revenue goals - Provide upfront analysis, structuring, term sheets, due diligence, loan documentation and relationship reviews - Collaborate with product partners to manage cross-sell pipelines and identify new opportunities, including Treasury, Capital Markets, Equipment and Wealth services - Actively manage support networks for client and prospect relationships, ensuring quality service and building customer loyalty - Review client transaction and general ledger account reconciliation - Conduct cost/benefit analysis and report KPI’s to provide supporting evidence that aids management decisions - Support organizational process improvement activities including identification, analysis, development and documentation of process improvements
