Daily Duties at Adulis Enterprises:
Lead comprehensive project management for various accounting projects by ensuring proper documentation, streamlining workflow between departments, and generating project reports. Spearhead achievement of project objectives and requirements by maintaining KPI checklist. Establish strategic plan for each activity and define critical direction while mapping project cycle. Develop relationships and partnerships with clients. Manage accounts receivable / payable and general accounts. Evaluate monthly reconciliation and business activity statements. Direct team of 2 staff members and more than 300 venders during various projects.
