Monitored and supported trading systems applications such as CMX, Drop Copies, and Rec-Mon Identified and provided resolutions to emergency issues that impacted Chicago, London and Singapore locations Handled troubleshooting LAN and PC hardware and software problems Provided desktop support on windows 7 and administration of Active Directory Windows 2008 Duties included researching latency orders with trading exchange connections e.g. CME, ICE, LIFFE, EUREX, TMX, Espeed, BMF, Euronext.
