Managed IT project schedule and resources to achieve on time system delivery in CRM local system. • Established IT goals, standards, controls and new policies and procedures to implement SOX compliance processes. • Facilitated quality improvement teams to improve cross functional processes (Finance, Customer Service, IT, Engineering)
