Orchestrated enterprise wide Quality Action Teams for business process improvement using quality methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, FMEA, DMAIC, Root cause analysis, etc.). Managed a team of 6 direct reports and 3 Company Vendors. Led more than 20 projects, organizing, mentoring and training a network of more than 50 Quality Facilitators disseminated along all Company business areas. Led ISO 9000 Company Certifications. Defined, implemented and managed Company Policies and Procedures System Governance model, standards and best practices.
