IT Project Manager on 3G implementation projects coordinating interactions as a liaison between Engineering, EPMO and Product team. Managed project schedules, plans and executive reports for NII HQ and Brazil. Assessed, led and facilitated cross functional workshops with NII/Nextel Brazil business areas to evaluate business capabilities and regulatory requirements needed to create Project RFP and vendor evaluation for its next-generation MVNO platform. Led and deployed IT SDLC (Software Delivery Life Cycle) standards and Project Management practice at Nextel International HQ and across five Latin America subsidiaries (Mexico, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Argentina) to secure all development projects meets quality and standards, defining and establishing processes, methods, tools, organization and governance.
