Daily Duties at Wynn Resorts, Ltd.:
Perform all executive and administrative duties and provide assistance to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (11/2006 - 3/2008) and to the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Provide intermittent support and interact directly with high-level Executives (CEO, COO and Board of Directors) and guests via written and verbal correspondence. Responsible for creating, maintaining, reviewing and disbursing corporate correspondence, reports, plans, spreadsheets, presentations, statistical reports and contracts. Coordinate meetings, teleconference calls, schedule travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. Obtain documents, prepare and assemble quarterly Audit Committee books for all members of the Audit Committee, including the Board of Directors.
