Daily Duties at Palms Casino Resort / Palms Place:
Perform all executive and administrative duties and provide assistant to the President/CEO, the Senior Vice President and General Manager on Nine Management Ventures (N9NE Group) and (intermittently) to the Minority Owner, Interact directly with high-level Executives (COO, CFO and Board of Directors) and guests via written and verbal correspondence. Responsible for creating, maintaining, reviewing and disbursing corporate correspondence, reports, plans, spreadsheets, presentations, statistical reports and contracts. Attended, draft and distributed meeting actions items for two Executive Operational Meetings weekly. Coordinate meetings, teleconference calls, schedule travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
