Daily Duties at Service Repair Solutions:

Performa all executive and administrative duties and provide assistant to the CEO & Chairman of the Boarding, COO & President and the EVP & CFO. Provide intermittent support and interact directly with other high-level Executives (Board of Directors). Responsible for taking meeting minutes, creating spreadsheets, presentations and contracts. Coordinate meetings, teleconference calls and Nefsis (web) meeting. Schedule air, car and hotel travel arrangements and prepare itineraries accordingly. Off-site conference and meeting scheduling, including but not limited to, preparing presentations, dinner arrangements, transportation, coordination of all logistics, for both internal and external Executives. Responsible for managing executives expense reports.
