Led CCH Insurance Services with full P&l responsibility delivering information services, compliance software solutions to Insurance Industry. Turned around business from declining revenues to 5% CAGR of over $1.5M per year over 3 years and 20% ROS. Developed and launched new compliance solutions products generating over $3M in annual sales. Full P&L responsibility of $30M business unit. Responsible for developing business strategy, responsible for sales growth, Responsible for all operations of a $30M business unit, responsible for internal development and IT functions, Responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting and cash planning for $30M division of Wolters Kluwer.
