Work with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure their products and services meet company's requirements. 1. Provide timely and accurate engineering and pricing support. 2. Managed Y2K Project for Network Services Was part of a 4 person department team. Was part of a high profile project to manage Y2K project for all EWSD, Siemens Switches in Wisconsin to ensure switch components will continue to function when the year 1999 ended and year 2000 began (Y2K). Worked with Siemens to obtain budgeted pricing quotes for switch components identified for replacement.
