I was sought out by a previous General Manager at MIS and was hired by Fujifilm Medical Systems to setup and run a Life Science Wet laboratory and Demo showroom in Woodbridge CT. My responsibilities as both the Applications and Facilities director for the 4,700 sq. ft. wet laboratory and product demo included operations (e.g. management of an annual operating budget of 200,000), personnel management, an ISO9000/ISO14000 Quality System modeled after corporate structure, and an OSHA compliant General Safety Program.
