Client details: Process Consultant, Con Edison (Utilities) Assumed the lead in improving business processes for the maintenance department at the East River station via the three related projects - asset optimization, capital projects PM processing and creating effective collaboration between the different departments. Created work control charts, administrative directives, maintenance procedures and implemented the critical process flow for the asset program. Designed and built highly scalable business solution sites (central repository, asset management) using SharePoint for the intranet site.
