Daily Duties at Carestream Health:

Manager of a 4,000 sq. ft. laboratory with 5-7 direct reports and an operating budget of $250,000. The space consisted of wet bench facilities, a vivarium, and product demo showroom. I was responsible for all aspects of laboratory Operations including personnel management, Quality (lean six sigma application, documentation & training), Safety (Chemical and Radiation Safety officer) and GLP policy implementation.
