Daily Duties at National Egyptian Development Association:
•Advised 25-30 job seekers in the three-month intervals on how to apply their skills and experience in the Egyptian job market, oversaw 75% placements in this timeframe •Coordinated educational activities to organize job search training events for 150 unemployed youth every 3 months; training included courses on business English, IT skills, office management, and graphic design •Identified different training centers and their specialties, evaluated performance and relevance to NEDA’s curriculum, participants and current job openings; referred participants to specialized training programs •Visited 3 training sites per week during events to ensure training quality and attendance through sites visits and training evaluations • Prepared and presented a quarterly financial and task reports according to founder requirements to show the progress and achievements in the project, and followed-up with sub-grant transactions to ensure that funds were used appropriately
