Managing the assortment for all categories, Managing the purchasing and product turns for all categories, Managing 3 buyers, Managing pricing and program from all vendors, Managing the back side dollar program collections from vendors, working with the VP of sales to set a promotional schedule that drives sales and makes money for the company, Managed purchases to meet promotional sales targets, Manage vendor relationships. Managed predatory purchasing, resolved pricing discrepancies, oversaw all store set schematics for each category and retailer. Oversaw the category management process with Sony in magnetic media.
