Daily Duties at Blue Box:

Management of in-bound sales, working with partners, handling quotes, and managing new and existing customers. Management and understanding of existing accounts, being customers' point of contact for orders and account modifications, ensuring proper billing and documentation for customer accounts. Providing expert level of consulting for new and existing customers on cloud/dedicated/hybrid systems architectures.
