Managed the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department in conjunction with the Controller. Prepared daily cash flows, internal, and wire transfers as needed. Prepared cash flow detail. Reconciled revenue account against account receivables. Set and prepared schedules and back-up documentation for annual independent audit. Gathered and prepared all documents for the preparation of fixed assets schedule and annual depreciation. Assisted with the preparation of monthly financial reports for management, including but not limited to, reconciliations between contributions and the books and records of the company.
