Daily Duties at Seedco, Inc:
Perform monthly GL closing activities and other department duties or special projects as assigned. Timely can accurate completion of monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company accounting practices. Prepare monthly account reconciliations of significant general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly cash flow and other financial statements. Assist Controller with preparing internal and external reports, as well as required schedules for year-end audits. Create and maintain monthly accounting calendars throughout the year. Manage procedures for fixed assets and depreciation according with the matching principle. Allocate, post and reconcile month by month the different AMEX Credit Card expenses. Reconcile more than 40 bank accounts for month-end closing to close books in timely manner. Prepare detailed requirements on audit findings.
