Daily Duties at Calpine:
Responsible for the implementation and oversight of the safety management systems at 15 Geothermal Power Plants. Coordinate accident/incident investigations and facilitate Root Cause Analysis. Provide Safety and Health guidance to the Geysers Regional Vice President. Supervise Geysers safety specialists and contract personnel. Coordinate third party audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate and conduct training for 300 personnel. Provide onsite support for all regulatory visits and correspondence.
