Guided and managed experimental platform personnel including 6 Oracle DBAs and Unix Administrators while continuing to fulfill fulltime duties as a Senior Technical Specialist. Provided support and technical management, and developed and implemented a regional support model for North American sites. Performed administrative operations and prepared budget. • Project Management: Coordinated all scientific platform initiatives. • Leadership: Served as an active member of the Stakeholder Steering Committee.
