Develop and align the curriculum with common core, pacing guide, bench mark and state standards. Train Principal to implement this process in their schools. Conducted Principals training. Find solutions to problems that may occur throughout the school year with parents and concerns citizens. Develop role with the current stakeholder. Find and attract new sponsors and grants that would consume funds to the district.
